We will come to your neighborhood for 'Do'able and fun boot camp sessions.  Past participants have been successful.  You don't have to run!

           Yoga or Pilates Parties

We will come to your house for an 80-minute session of your choice.  Goodie bags are provided for each guest.

Don't have room in your house?  Accommodations of a facility are available.

*Food For Thought*

  "Die"t.  Diets are unrealistic.  They usually consist of unnatural eating patterns that can not be sustained.

  I like to refer to what people call diet as daily lifestyle nutrition.   In other words, it is not something that you are on or off - it is the good choices that you make daily in order to fuel your body and mind.  And they can be sustained - sometimes we just need a little guidance.
